Weekly Classes
Our weekly Buckets & Ball Handling class is designed to give players the reps and guidance they need to build confidence with the ball in their hands. Each session combines high-intensity skill work with competitive drills that keep players engaged and improving week after week.
Players will:

With four classes offered each week, players get consistent opportunities to sharpen their skills, stay motivated, and take their game to the next level. Whether your athlete is just beginning or looking to refine their handle and shot, this program creates an environment where progress is guaranteed.

Athletic Development
Our Athletic Development program is built to give athletes the physical tools they need to perform at a higher level in any sport. Each session focuses on building strength, speed, agility, balance, and overall athleticism through age-appropriate training methods.
Athletes will:

Individual Training
Our Individual Training sessions are customized to meet each player’s specific needs and goals. Working one-on-one with a Courtside trainer, athletes receive focused instruction and personalized feedback designed to accelerate improvement and build confidence.

Skill Development Academy
Our Skill Development Academy give players the chance to build their game during key times of the year. These multi-week programs combine basketball skill development with athletic training to keep athletes sharp, confident, and ready to perform.
Players will:

Stay game-ready during breaks and the off-season.

Gain focused reps in shooting, ball handling, and decision-making.

Prepare for success in upcoming team seasons.
Past academies have included the Summer Skill Academy, Fall Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break Skills Training, as well as Preseason and In-Season Team Skills Training. Each academy is designed to challenge athletes, maximize reps, and accelerate progress in a short time.

Camps & Clinics
Our Camps & Clinics are high-energy, skill-focused events that give athletes the opportunity to learn, compete, and grow in a fun environment. Led by Courtside trainers and special guest coaches, these sessions provide detailed instruction and competitive play.
Players will:

Examples include our Summer Camps and specialty clinics like our Shooting Clinics with Coach Mike and Coach Chris. Whether a single-day clinic or a week-long camp, players leave with sharper skills and a renewed passion for the game.

Teams and Leagues
At Courtside, we believe competition is one of the best teachers. Our Teams & Leagues give athletes the opportunity to test their skills, build chemistry, and grow through live play against quality opponents.
Players will:

Develop teamwork, communication, and basketball IQ.

Gain experience at both recreational and competitive levels.
We offer a variety of opportunities including the Middle School Fall League, Summer Courtside Leagues, and Men’s Leagues. For players seeking the highest level of competition, our Region Force travel program brings together top athletes to compete against elite teams across the country.
